A: Yes. You can find the Candy Martini Bar at I LOVE SUGAR (3545 S Las Vegas Blvd - Suite L-28; Las Vegas, NV 89109). I LOVE SUGAR Las Vegas is located between the Flamingo and Linq Hotels and Casinos. We are only a short walk from the famous High Roller Observation Wheel. You must be 21 to enter the bar area.
